Prior to the commencement of any services, a member of our management team will visit your premises and conduct an initial site survey and risk assessment.
This detailed information will form the basis of your emergency procedures and will be reviewed every 6 months.
Upon receipt of a intruder/fire/CCTV alarm activation being reported to us. One of our response officers will quickly attend site to investigate the reason for the activation.
In the event of a false alarm, we will not contact you at that time (unless instructed to do so) and will report our findings and recommendations by email before 09.00 hours.
Upon discovering a break-in or fire, we will immediately contact the emergency services and lease with them to arrange boarding-up if required. We will maintain regular contact with you throughout the incident and take your further detailed instructions at that time.
If you have a temporary alarm system fitted, we can provide cover on a monthly basis and receive all Direct Dial or SMS/Video system alerts via our 24 hour support centre.
