This detailed information will form the basis of your emergency procedures and will be reviewed every 6 months.
Upon receipt of a intruder/fire alarm activation or incident requiring a key holder's attendance at your premises. One of our response officers will quickly attend site to investigate the reason for the activation.
In the event of a false alarm activation, we will not contact you unless instructed to do so and report our findings to you via email, together with any recommendations before 09.00 hours.
Upon discovering any intrusion or fire, we will immediately contact the emergency services and lease with them to board-up if required. We will also be in contact with you to report our findings and take your further instructions at that time.
If you have a temporary alarm system fitted, we can provide revolving monthly cover and receive all Direct Dial or SMS system alerts.
