Security Keyholding now provides a dedicated 'out of hours' help desk service for both residential and commercial tenants nationally.
Our customers currently include;
- property management companies
- student accomodation
- sheltered housing schemes
- private landlords HMO
- on-call contractors
We can maintain site details by customer/site, tenant and contractors. Tenants (if authorised to do so), can then contact us to report faults and request contractor assistance.
We will then either report faults to you during office hours, or if authorised to do so, we will contact your contractors and request there assistance.
A detailed report will be sent to you for your records.
